• Operating foiling machinery to apply foil finishes accurately on printed packaging products
• Setting up and adjusting foil and embossing units for each production run to meet specifications
• Monitoring production quality to ensure foil application is consistent, precise, and defect‑free
• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning on foiling equipment to maintain optimum performance
• Collaborating with print and finishing teams to achieve production targets and uphold quality standards

• Experience with foiling processes in a printing or packaging production environment
• Detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to spot quality issues and correct them quickly
• Practical understanding of print finishing and related production workflow
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with operators, supervisors, and quality teams
• Prior experience with labels or packaging print preferred, demonstrating familiarity with high‑volume finishing and surface quality expectations
