Up to 40,000pa (depending on experience)

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for a proactive and people-focused Team Supervisor to join a fast-paced Production operation. This role plays a key part in overseeing the custom assembly process, ensuring products are built on time, to exacting quality standards, while maintaining a safe, motivated, and high-performing team environment.
Key Duties:
- Supervise day-to-day activities within the production assembly team
Set clear expectations around safety, quality, and productivity standards
Provide hands-on coaching and support to team members on the production floor
Coordinate workflow, resolve production issues, and ensure on-time order completion
Work closely with the Team Manager and other supervisors to achieve production targets
Promote a positive, respectful, and engaged team culture
Monitor performance, conduct reviews, and support development plans
Manage absence, performance matters, and team wellbeing
Track key metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives
Encourage adherence to company values, processes, and global quality standards
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential
Prior team leader, line leader, or frontline supervisory experience essential
Confident in performance management and supporting team development
Strong communication skills with a collaborative leadership style
Hands-on, proactive problem-solver
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment
Experience in custom, precision, or high-mix manufacturing is advantageous
Basic knowledge of SAP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is beneficial
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Understanding of LEAN or continuous improvement principles is a plus
