Cnc Operator

Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced CNC/Manual Machine Operator to join our clients Fabrication Facility in Ayrshire. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a long-established company with a strong reputation in manufacturing.

• Operating and programming a MAZAK VTC - 300 C Vertical Machining Centre (Fanuc)
• Operating Webster Bennet & Colchester Lathes
• Assisting with the transition to new equipment

• Proven experience operating and programming CNC and manual machines
• Familiarity with MAZAK VTC-300 C (Fanuc) and Webster Bennet & Colchester Lathes is advantageous
• Candidates with transferable skills and qualifications will be considered
• Ability to work efficiently and to high-quality standards

• Starting salary: £39k
• Generous Employer Pension Scheme - (Details provided at interview stage)
• Bonus Scheme - Discretionary 2-week bonus paid in December (pro-rata)
• Performance Profit Share Scheme - Possible profit-sharing at the company's discretion (Details at interview stage)
• Working Hours - Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm & Friday: 8:00 am to 1:45 pm
• 25 Days Holiday + 8 public holidays
• Overtime Pay - OT1 = x1.5 & OT2 = x2
