Job Profile
As a CNC Machining (CNC Turner), you will program, set and operate CNC lathes, machining precision components to tight tolerances.
You’ll work on both small batch and bespoke parts within a toolroom and production environment.

Experience with Siemens or Fanuc controls is essential.
Duties

* Program, set and operate CNC lathes

* Machining precision components from engineering drawings

* Work to tight tolerances and quality standards

* Complete small batch and bespoke machining work

* Maintain safe, clean and organised working practices
Skills & Attributes

* Proven CNC Turner / CNC Machinist experience

* Confident programming, setting and operating CNC lathes

* Experience with Siemens and/or Fanuc controls

* Strong precision machining or toolroom background

* Good drawing interpretation and attention to detail

* Flexible, proactive approach to machining work
Hours of Work

* 39 hours per week

* Mon–Thu: 07:30 – 16:30

* Fri: 07:30 – 15:30

* Up to £19.00 per hour (DOE)

* Overtime available (up to 15 hrs/week) paid at x1.5
