Position: Steel Fabricator (Permanent)
Location: Bargeddie

Structural Steel Fabricator

£22–£32 per hour | Overtime Available | Immediate Starts

Global Recruitment is seeking experienced Fabricators to join a dynamic team based in Coatbridge.

Key Duties:

* Fabricating components according to engineering drawings

* Collaborating with welders and production teams

* Operating fabrication machinery and tools

* Ensuring all work meets quality standards

* Adhering to site health & safety procedures

Candidate Requirements:

* Previous fabrication experience essential, including experience working with structural steel

* Experience on complex, large-scale projects

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Skilled in using fabrication tools and equipment

* High attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and within a team

Working Hours:

* Day

Shift: Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:00

* Night

Shift: Mon–Fri, 20:00–06:00

* Overtime paid after 39 hours

Pay:

* Day: £22 per hour

* Night: £28 per hour

* Enhanced overtime rates available

Payment Options:

* CIS / Umbrella

* PAYE available after 13 weeks
