QA Technologist

Position: QA Technologist (Permanent)
Location: Crundale

Quick Staff UK is recruiting for a Quality Assurance Technologist to join a modern, high-volume food manufacturing site in Haverfordwest. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity — secure a permanent position after 13 weeks. You’ll play a key part in maintaining food safety, quality standards and audit readiness across the production process. Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you’ll ensure products meet BRCGS, customer and legal requirements.
Key Duties

* Support and maintain the Food Safety & Quality Management System

* Conduct internal audits and manage non-conformances

* Carry out routine quality checks and lab testing

* Investigate out-of-spec results and implement corrective actions

* Support BRCGS and customer audits

* Ensure compliance with food safety legislation and HACCP
What We’re Looking For

* Experience in food manufacturing (dairy or high-care environment ideal)

* Knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP and food hygiene standards

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

* Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally

* Lab testing experience within food production
