Day Shift Production Operative - Immediate Start

Monday to Friday - 07:00 - 16:00

Stoney Stanton - LE9 4JJ

Competitive Pay: Earn £14.07 per hour, 42.5 hours per week, overtime rates of £21.10

Shifts: 07:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday, (minus 30 minutes unpaid break)

Role: This is an Operative role with significant manual handling.

• Full training and support will be provided to ensure this is within your capability.

• Successful candidates will require a full driving licence.
• Experience in production, manufacture, construction, or labouring highly beneficial.
• Manual handling and movement of gas cylinders up to a maximum weight of 47kg.
• Working outdoors in all weathers - resilience is key.
• Physical workload and attention to detail; ability to follow strict control and quality procedures.

• Delivering targets set by production leadership at the start of the shift.
• Safely operate process to meet production targets. Rotate on Cylinder filling, maintenance and inspection activities as required by production leadership.
• Loading and unloading cylinder vehicles as required.
• Perform any Cylinder re-qualification activities as requested.
• Ensure client standards are adhered to during the filling process.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the yard area.

• An eye for detail as accuracy is key.
• High level of concern for safety always.
• Ability to read and follow instructions as well as take instructions from site leaders.
• Work as part of a team as well as independently as required.
• Successful candidates require a DBS check.
