An established international manufacturing group is seeking an Electrical Technician or Engineer to join its site engineering team, offering excellent earning potential, long term stability, and a highly attractive shift pattern with 18 consecutive days off every 6 rotations.

Part of a globally recognised industrial business, the site continues to invest heavily in automation, modernisation, and plant improvement. This is a technically varied role within a well structured engineering team, offering clear progression into senior maintenance and leadership positions.

You will maintain and improve electrical systems and production machinery across a 24 7 manufacturing environment, supporting both planned preventative maintenance and reactive fault finding, while contributing to installation and improvement projects.

This role would suit an experienced Electrical Technician or Electrical Engineer from a manufacturing or industrial background who is looking for stability, structured progression, and strong financial reward.

• £50,228.70 basic + overtime, OTE £60,000+
• 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights, extended 18 day break every 6 rotations
• Maintain, repair and install electrical systems and plant equipment
• Electrical fault finding, testing and planned preventative maintenance
• Support installation and continuous improvement projects

• Electrical Technician or Electrical Engineer
• Experience with in electrical maintenance in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
• Comfortable working in a 24 7 production setting
