CNC Programmer​/Operator

We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer/Operator for a permanent role based in a precision engineering company based close to the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham.

The successful candidate will have previous experience programming and operating CNC machinery. Experience with Hurco machines would be ideal but full and ongoing training will be given.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Programming, setting and operating CNC machinery.
- Working from technical drawings and 3D models.
- Perform tooling setup, machine adjustments, and first-off inspections.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and safety.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across machining processes.

Candidate Specification:
- Previous experience with CNC operating/programming.
- Able to read and interpret Engineering drawings/blueprints.
- Able to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team.
