Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location:

Kilsby, Rugby

Salary: £47,000 - £50,000

Shift: Days

• Responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance, including fault finding, responding to breakdowns, and carrying out planned preventative maintenance to maximise equipment uptime and reliability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, assist with machinery upgrades and installations, and work closely with production teams to drive safety, performance, and efficiency across site.

• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical); ideally Electrical qualification.
• Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Experience with working on PLCs, ideally fault finding using inputs and outputs.
