Team Leader - Electrical Sub Assembly

Worcester

£13.68/hr - £16.05/hr + 20% shift allowance (equivalent to £32,017 - £37,560) + (Team Leader allowance £3,060 per annum)

Double Days - Mon-Fri 5.30am – 1.30pm, Mon-Thu 2.00pm – 10.30pm Fri 2pm-8pm

Job Description

This is a hands-on role; however, you will be supporting the team with your knowledge and high-level skill set should build issues arise. You will become the go to person to resolve problems prior to Supervisory escalation.
Support the weekly production plan (achievement and recovery plan)
Responsible for assigning staff on and off job against the production plan
Ensure staff are on the job, engaged and achieving standard times
Improve standard times and reduce waste in the process
Ensure quality gateways are complete to the highest standard
Provide on the job training
