A leading engineering recruitment firm is seeking an Operations Support in Broughton, Wales, to coach and drive lean improvements in an aircraft manufacturing environment. The role involves supporting teams in implementing continuous improvement, providing lean coaching, and analyzing business improvements. Strong knowledge of lean principles and excellent communication skills are essential. This is a 12-month contract offering up to £23.17 per hour on-site.
