Location: Coychurch

We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to operate, program, and maintain automated welding systems in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with robotic welding equipment, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor robotic welding machine.

Program and adjust welding robot (e.g., teach pendant programming)

Load and position materials or components into fixtures

Inspect welded components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on robotic welding equipment

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve welding processes

Maintain accurate production and quality records Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in robotic welding or automated manufacturing

Knowledge of welding techniques (MIG)

Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Attention to detail and quality control

Basic computer skills for programming and reporting Preferred Qualifications

Experience with PLC systems and automation

NVQ or technical qualification in engineering, manufacturing, or related field Working Conditions

Manufacturing or factory environment

May require standing for long periods and lifting materials

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required Benefits - £16.00 per hour
