How you will be rewarded:

A salary of £30,000-£33,000 (dependent on experience)

25 holidays plus the 8 Bank Holidays What you will do as the Production Technician:

You will work as part of a small (but growing) production team following work instructions to assemble electro-mechanical products using hand tools, including screwdrivers, pliers, and basic power tools. You will also contribute to quality and product testing while assisting in continuous improvement activities.

Hours of work

Core hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm (with a 30-minute lunch break and regular team breaks throughout the day). There is the option to work flexible times as follows: 7:30am - 4:00pm, 8:00am - 4:30pm, 9:00am - 5:30pm or 9:30am - 6:00pm.

Perfect for you if you have:

Experience in an assembly-based manufacturing
Good manual dexterity and the ability to work with small hand tools.
Familiarity of following work instructions/SOPs
Electronics or soldering experience would be an advantage.
