** looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment? We’re looking for a
** Packing Bay Operative
** to join our team at Padeswood, playing a key role in ensuring the efficient packing and dispatch of our products.###
** What you’ll be doing:
*** Operating Arodo and Ventomatic packing machines safely and efficiently
* Carrying out first-line maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly
* Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards within the Packing Bay
* Using a Forklift Truck (FLT) to unload plant deliveries and load outgoing wagons
* Supporting general warehouse duties, including stock handling and organisation
* Working as part of a team to achieve production targets and KPIs
* Following all Heidelberg Materials UK processes to ensure safe working practices at all times### ###

* FLT licence (or willingness to train)
