Job Title – Shift Maintenance Engineer (Multi-Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias) Location – Stratford Salary: £47,500 – £49,000 Unlimited Overtime

Job Role – Shift Maintenance Engineer The Shift Maintenance Engineer will join a blue chip manufacturer within the FMCG industry, working on a fully automated, world-class production site in Stratford. As a Shift Maintenance Engineer , you will play a key role in maintaining and improving state-of-the-art machinery, carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance within a high-performing engineering team. Sector – Industrial Manufacturing (FMCG) Non-Negotiable Requirements of Shift Maintenance Engineer Must be a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mechanical Bias). Must have experience working within an FMCG, factory, or industrial manufacturing environment.
Must hold a recognised Engineering Qualification (Electrical or Mechanical). Essential Requirements of Shift Maintenance Engineer Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
Experience with PLC systems and high-speed production equipment. Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Desirable Requirements of Shift Maintenance Engineer Experience working on fully automated production lines. Exposure to continuous improvement or lean manufacturing principles. The Shift Maintenance Engineer will benefit from:
