Job Type: Full-time work - 12 week temp to perm

Location: Andover

Working hours - Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm with a Friday finish 15:00 (30 minute unpaid lunch)

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join our local Client in Andover. In this role, you will operate and monitor production machinery, support assembly and line changeovers, and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to build your technical skills.

• Operate and monitor production machinery to maintain efficient workflow
• Conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting
• Use hand and power tools for assembly and adjustment tasks
• Assist with line setup and changeovers
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workspace
• Support quality control processes by inspecting finished products
• Adhere to safety and operational protocols
• Work collaboratively to meet daily targets and deadlines

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided)
• Familiarity with hand and power tools; mechanical aptitude a plus
• Experience with assembly processes or production environments desirable
• Ability to read technical instructions is beneficial
• Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills
• Able to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding setting
