Data Analyst / Production Planner responsible for production scheduling, stock planning, reporting, and operational analysis to achieve customer demand efficiently and cost‑effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Creating and managing daily and weekly production schedules
• Analyzing production and operational data to support business decisions
• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating material requirements
• Working closely with production, warehouse, procurement, and commercial teams
• Producing KPI reports relating to efficiency, waste, downtime, and service levels
• Supporting forecasting and demand planning activities
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies
• Maintaining accuracy across planning systems and reporting tools
• Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operation

• Previous experience within production planning, supply chain, operations or data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills across operational teams
• Experience with in food manufacturing or FMCG would be advantageous
• Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools desirable
