• Support the engineering team by carrying out systematic tasks and continuous improvements to plant and machinery to improve existing manufacturing processes.
• Use initiative to identify areas that will improve the production performance, line utilisation and focus on reducing scrap levels.
• Provide maintenance support regarding projects.
• Work on a large variety of equipment including gear boxes, pumps, motors, bearings, drives, inverters, relays, sensors, conveyor systems and PLC's.

• Multi‑skilled engineer – ideally electrical bias but will consider mechanical bias (60:40 split).
• Apprentice trained / NVQ Level 3.
• Worked within manufacturing.
• Strong problem‑solving/fault‑finding ability and experience.
