Manpower is currently recruiting for an Experienced Production Operative to join one of our well-established clients based on the outskirts of Skegness. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, full-time work during a busy and exciting seasonal period, with the potential for continuous employment. Location PE24 (between Croft and Wainfleet) Own transport is essential due to limited access and no public transport links On-site parking available Shift Pattern & Pay Day shifts only
Hours:
8:00am - up to 7:00pm (latest finish) Full-time hours available £12.83 per hour Weekly pay
The Role As a Production Operative, you will play an important part in supporting day-to-day production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key duties will include:
Working within a production/manufacturing setting Packing, sorting, and handling materials Lifting larger items when required Following health & safety procedures at all times Supporting wider team operations during busy periods Maintaining productivity and quality standards What We're Looking For Experience Previous experience in production, manufacturing, packing, or warehouse environments Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on role Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well within a team
Physical Requirements Physically fit and capable of lifting materials when required Comfortable being on your feet for full-length shifts Additional Requirements Manual handling awareness Own transport essential Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods when needed What You'll Get Ongoing, continuous work Stable day shifts Weekly pay Opportunity to secure reliable work throughout the busy season
