Cut Packhouse Operative
Location:
Herbs, Runcton
Pay: £12.90 per hour (paid weekly)
Hours:
Full‑time, 40 hours per week
Rota: 4 on / 3 off
What you’ll be doing- Packing, weighing and grading fresh herbs
- Ensuring products meet high quality standards
- Using packing equipment and scales correctly
- Keeping the workstation clean and tidy
- Following Health & Safety and Food Safety rules
- Meeting daily production targets with the team
- Reporting issues to the Line Leader or Shift Manager
- Good communication skills
- Motivated, positive, team‑focused attitude
- Previous food factory experience (bonus but not essential)
- Awareness of Health & Safety (essential)
- Chilled factory environment (PPE available)
- Noise protection zones (hearing protection available)
- Weekly pay
- Supportive team environment
- Training provided
- Job security with a consistent 4 on / 3 off rota
