General Operator - Double Day Shift
We are recruiting General Operators to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Swindon. This role involves supporting production operations within a cleanroom environment while ensuring compliance with GMP and quality standards.
- Location:
Swindon - Pay Rate: £13.86 per hour + 22% shift allowance (£16.91 including allowance)
- Hours:
Monday-Friday | 07:00-15:00 or 15:00-23:00
- Manual packing, labelling and packaging of products
- Handling materials and maintaining stock levels
- Cleaning equipment and production areas to GMP standards
- Completing production documentation accurately
- Carrying out in-process quality checks
- Reporting any quality or process issues
- GCSE-level Maths and English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain concentration
- Ability to follow procedures and work accurately
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, food production, or another regulated manufacturing environment is desirable
