Location: Rhondda
Trades Workforce Solutions is seeking a Co-Packing Team Leader in Wellingborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team within a busy confectionery packing operation, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.
You'll oversee daily operations, operate machinery, maintain hygiene standards, and promote a positive working environment. A permanent, full-time position with Monday to Friday hours and the opportunity for ongoing training awaits.
