Right now, we're looking for someone practical, motivated and hands-on to join our production team and help build the timber frame panels that form the backbone of our iconic builds. If you enjoy working with wood, take pride in doing things well, and like seeing a finished product you played a part in creating, this could be the ideal role for you!

What You'll Be Doing As part of our panel production team, your role will include:
Interpreting drawings and specifications to produce accurate timber panels Cutting, preparing and assembling softwood components Using hand tools and power tools with precision Working alongside experienced colleagues to complete bespoke projects Keeping your workspace safe, tidy and organised Adapting to changing priorities within a busy production environment What We're Looking For You don't need to be a master carpenter but you do need practical ability, a good attitude and a willingness to learn.

We'd welcome candidates who have:
Experience in carpentry, joinery, timber framing or similar hands-on roles Confidence using workshop tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and quality The ability to work well as part of a team Good physical fitness and safe manual-handling habits A proactive, reliable and positive approach If you've worked in construction, manufacturing, fabrication or any practical environment you may be a great fit.
