What You ll Be Doing

As a Workshop Support Operative, you ll be right at the centre of workshop activity:

• Keeping the workshop clean, tidy, and safe at all times

• Emptying bins and ensuring waste is correctly sorted and disposed of

• Wrapping completed timber frame panels ready for storage and delivery

• Preparing and organising materials for the production team

• Moving materials and products safely around the workshop

• Supporting stock control and keeping storage areas organised

• Assisting the production team with general workshop duties

• Following all health & safety procedures and PPE requirements
