Day Shift: 08:30am – 17:00pm + overtime

Hours:

40 hours per week, full time

Permanent position

£12.71 per hour

MNB Precision is a Coventry based precision engineering business with over 40 years of experience, supplying high-integrity components into demanding sectors including Oil & Gas, Defence, Power Generation, Rail and Heavy Industry. We specialise in complex, tight-tolerance work, machining a wide range of materials from carbon steels through to stainless and exotic alloys.

The Production Operative role involves marking and identifying precision-machined components to customer and quality requirements, ensuring full traceability and accuracy.

• Mark and identify precision-engineered components in accordance with customer specifications.
• Ensure part marking complies with quality and traceability requirements.
• Verify component details before marking.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Work closely with Quality, Inspection and Production teams.
• Ensure a safe and organised working environment.

• Previous manufacturing or engineering experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, organised and proactive approach to work.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
