As our workshop continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable and hands‑on Workshop Support Operative to keep our production environment running smoothly.

• Keeping the workshop clean, tidy, and safe at all times
• Emptying bins and ensuring waste is correctly sorted and disposed of
• Wrapping completed timber frame panels for storage and delivery
• Preparing and organising materials for the production team
• Moving materials and products safely around the workshop
• Supporting stock control and keeping storage areas organised
• Assisting the production team with general workshop duties
• Following all health & safety procedures and PPE requirements

• A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and comfort with manual handling tasks

• Previous workshop, warehouse, or manufacturing experience (not essential)

• Organised and proactive
• Taking pride in a clean and well‑maintained workspace
• Flexible and willing to support wherever needed
• Committed to working safely at all times
