Do you want to earn a minimum of £13.25 per hour? We’re looking for a Hygiene Operative to join our team at our site in Caistor, North Lincolnshire.

40 hours per week.
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00.
Training for this role will be required during core hygiene hours of 18:00 - 03:00.
About the roleAs a Hygiene Operative you’ll ensure cleanliness, hygiene, quality and safety standards are met by achieving agreed cleaning standards for production areas and machinery.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf-life products where hygiene standards are critical.
- Achieving agreed quality standards relating to cleaning instruction cards and training.
- Cleaning all factory equipment and machinery to deadlines, ready for production to start.
- The use of pressure washers and chemicals.
- Removal of debris from production areas.
- Disassembling and reassembling factory equipment to aid cleaning.
- Manual handling which can include lifting equipment and products up to 20kg.
- Use of own vehicle and valid driving licence.
- Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
- Basic hygiene training/qualifications such as COSHH.
- The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
- Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
- Experience with in a food production/manufacturing environment.
