Production Operatives

Overview

Clements Young Norwich is recruiting three Production Operatives to join a busy food production team based near Melton Constable, Norfolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business producing high-quality food products in a fast-paced environment. The roles are temporary to permanent, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract subject to performance and attendance.

• Baking products
• Cutting and filling products
• Flow wrapping and packaging
• Maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards
• Working efficiently to meet production targets
• Keeping your work area clean and organised

• Previous bakery, food production, catering or factory experience is preferred
• Good hand speed and excellent attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Applications are also welcome from candidates without direct experience who can demonstrate they have the right attitude, dexterity and willingness to learn

• £12.71 per hour (£14.22 including holiday pay)
• Fixed Day Shifts - Monday to Friday - no weekends
• Full training provided
• Temp to perm opportunity
• Immediate starts available
