Location: Boscombe
CNC 5 Axis Miller / Offline Programmer – Heidenhain Controls
Pay: £20.00 – £24.00 per hour.
Work near Bournemouth. Overtime at time and a half, other benefits included.
Hours:
Monday – Thursday, 07:30 am – 04:00 pm;
Friday, 07:30 am – 12:00 pm.
A successful manufacturer of precision engineered components producing one‑offs and small batch work parts for Aerospace, F1 and Automotive industries.
RoleProgram, set and operate CNC 5‑axis mills using Heidenhain controls and offline via Edge Cam (training provided).
Duties- Program, set and operate CNC 5‑axis mills via Heidenhain controls & offline via Edge Cam (training provided for other software).
- Machining to tight tolerances and ensuring quality.
- Experienced CNC 5‑axis mill/driver, programmer, setter‑operator.
- Experienced using Heidenhain controls.
- Experience with Edge Cam (training provided for the right candidate).
- Experience machining to tight tolerances in one‑offs and small batch work.
£20.00 – £24.00 per hour, overtime at time and a half, and additional benefits as discussed.
