We are looking for BACKSHIFT DISPATCH OPERATIVES for our client in Airdrie. Monitor and check wash plant machinery to ensure it is running correctly. Running wash plant equipment (washing drums, flumes, conveyors, pumps) Checking potatoes are being cleaned properly and consistently Removing damaged or unsuitable produce during the process Monitoring water flow, cleanliness, and machine settings Basic fault finding (e.g., blockages or jams) and reporting issues to engineers Keeping the area clean and meeting hygiene and food safety standards Following health & safety procedures at all times Shift Pattern Sunday: 9:00am 5:00pm Monday Thursday: 5:00pm 1:00am Full-time Temporary to Permanent after 12 weeks, subject to performance.
Rate of Pay £12.71 per hour with an increase after 12 weeks
