Gap Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client, who are a well-established and respected manufacturing business based in Swindon
, for an experienced Fabricator / Welder to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual with MIG and/or TIG welding experience who is looking for a long-term, permanent position with an immediate start following a successful interview.

As a Fabricator / Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding a variety of metal components to high-quality standards, working from engineering drawings and specifications.

• MIG and TIG welding of fabricated metal products
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Fabricating components to required specifications
• Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
• Using workshop machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

• Previous experience as a Fabricator / Welder
• Proven MIG and/or TIG welding experience
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Excellent work ethic and positive attitude
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm (Early Finish)

• 38.5 hours per week
• Overtime may be available depending on business requirements

• £15.00 per hour starting rate
• Immediate start available following successful interview
