Sofina Foods is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to support our scampi production line. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Whether you’re experienced in food production or looking to take your first step into the industry, we’ll provide full training and support to help you succeed.

Shift Details:
Afternoon Shift Monday to Thursday 13:45 to 22:00 Fridays 12:30 - 19:30

Pay Rate: £12.95 per hour

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient, high-quality scampi production
• Follow standardised recipes and daily production schedules to meet output targets
• Conduct quality checks throughout the process to uphold safety and product standards
• Work closely with your team to maintain a clean, organised workspace
• Assist with minor equipment troubleshooting to minimise downtime
• Follow all safety protocols to support a secure working environment

• Positive attitude, keen eye for detail, and commitment to teamwork.
• Focused on quality and able to follow instructions carefully.
• A great team player with strong communication skills.
• Flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Eager to learn – previous food production experience is desirable, but not essential.
