• Set, operate and monitor Ratio Turning Machine Centres.
• Interpret engineering drawings and work to GD&T requirements.
• Inspect components using handheld and electronic measuring equipment.
• Complete quality control documentation and production records.
• Prepare machines with the correct tooling and fixtures.
• Package finished components and transfer them to the next process.
• Work collaboratively within a manufacturing cell to meet production targets.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain high health and safety standards.

• Previous experience as a Ratio Cell Turner Operator or CNC Turning Operator.
• Strong understanding of CNC machine setup methodologies.
• Knowledge of ISO Fanuc G-codes and general tool paths.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience working to tight tolerances and GD&T standards.
• Competent using precision measuring equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive approach to quality, safety and continuous improvement.
