Large Format Finisher​/Zund Operator

Our client is a dynamic Large Format printing company specializing in high-quality outputs across various formats. They pride themselves on delivering excellence to their clients while fostering a supportive, hands-on work environment. They are currently looking for a Large Format Finisher / Zund Operator to join their team.

• Take ownership and accountability for all finishing operations and resources to ensure production schedule is adhered to and efficiently achieved.
• Laminating various types of prints with seals & glues using laminating machines
• General print finishing duties - hand finishing
• Zund experience would be beneficial
• Unloading / Loading of material
• Reductions of waste by identifying cause. Working with Supervisor in identifying and eradicate costs where possible.
• Regular stock takes.
• Ensure time, materials and usages are recorded accurately. (including any re-prints)
• Be responsible for communicating internally providing update on any outstanding issues via daily production meeting with Supervisor.
• Adhering to Health and Safety, Environmental policies and procedures.
• Focused on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Helping with deliveries

• Must have excellent understanding of Large Format Print Finishing Processes
• Mounting/Laminating/Finishing experience
• Zund experience would be beneficial
• Excellent team player and work ethic
• Flexible attitude to overtime
