Job Title:
Maintenance Manager
Location:
Cwmbran
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Shift: Days
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a maintenance team in a busy manufacturing plant (team size > 20).
- Provide leadership and technical support across engineering functions including reliability, improvements, preventive planned maintenance (PPMs), CMMS, and projects.
- Experience in managing engineers in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical engineering experience.
- Engineering qualification.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge or experience with Reliability, Improvements, CMMS, and Health and Safety.
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager in the UK.
- Experience with FMCG or Food Manufacturing.
- Understanding or experience of working in a unionised environment.
- Working for a recognised market-leading business.
