Outskirts of Bury St Edmunds (rural location - transport required)

Salary: £12.71 - £13.50 p/hour (overtime available)

Hours of work: 08:00-16:30, 40 hours per week, early finish every Friday

Contract:

Temporary to Permanent (permanent following successful trial period)

This role is part of the stores department, managing inventory for the production team. You will pick parts ready on trolleys for the manufacturing team.

• Picking machine parts from the warehouse
• Reading and working from stock lists and managing inventory as you work
• Assisting in the warehouse as and when required
• Reconciliation of physical stock to the computerized record on a regular basis
• Managing own health and safety and personal development, keeping up to date with relevant issues in relation to job role and demonstrating good housekeeping

• Previous warehouse experience essential; training will be provided
• Computer literate and ideally familiar with stock control (SAP) systems
• Experience with hand tools advantageous (production or assembly based)
• A forklift licence would be beneficial, but not essential

• £12.71+ p/hour, with overtime available
• Excellent holiday allowance
• Early finish every Friday
