MIG Welders Wanted – Join a Leading Structural Steel Fabrication Company. We’re recruiting experienced MIG Welders for a well‑established structural steel fabrication business based in Co. Tyrone. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent position with a busy and growing company that manufactures large structural steelwork for projects across the UK and Ireland.

You’ll be working in a modern fabrication workshop producing high‑quality steel components, including:

• Structural steel girders
• Roof trusses
• Steel stanchions (columns)
• Heavy steelwork and bespoke fabrication

MIG welding of structural steel components, working from engineering drawings, producing high‑quality welds to company standards, working safely within a busy fabrication workshop, and collaborating with the fabrication team to meet production targets.

• Previous EIG welding expezience within structural steel or heavy fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable with a good work ethic
• Relevant qualifications are advantageous, though specific welding tickets are not required

• Permanent, full‑time employment
• £20.00 – £24.00 per hour depending on experience
• Monday to Friday working hours
• Immediate start available
• Stable work with a respected structural steel fabricator
