Axalta in Wellingborough, UK, invites applications for a Filling Operator on the AM shift. You will operate automated and manual filling and packing lines, manage packaging and labeling, and set up changeovers to hit planned production targets.
We expect GCSE/NVQ2 or equivalent, numeracy in reading data and working orders, and experience in filling/packing. You will work with PLC-controlled equipment, monitor OEE, and contribute to safety, quality and continuous improvement activities.
