Hygiene Operative

Position Overview

Night Hygiene Operative for a leading company in the food production sector in Anwick. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across production lines and ensuring equipment is deep‑cleaned and ready for operation.

Employee will join one of our three night shift teams:

• Shift A – Sunday to Thursday shift
• Shift B – Tuesday to Saturday shift
• Shift C – Friday to Monday 10‑hour shift

• 10 pm – 6 am Monday‑Friday
• 6 pm – 2 am Saturday and Sunday
• 8 pm – 6 am Friday and Monday (10‑hour weekend shifts)
• 6 pm – 4 am Saturday and Sunday (weekend shift variation)

• Must have own transport due to the location of the site
• Ability to work night shifts
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Basic English speaking skills are an advantage
• Good attendance and reliability

• Disassemble production equipment for thorough cleaning
• Perform deep cleaning using specialised chemicals
• Follow strict cleaning schedules and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and hygienic production environment
