- Week 1:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm - Week 2:
Monday to Thursday, 11:00am – 7:30pm, Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm - (Alternating weekly shifts with a 30-minute unpaid break)

Key Responsibilities- Prepare products for powder coating by rubbing down, cleaning and carrying out surface preparation.
- Assist with loading and unloading products for painting.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Safely handle powders and consumables.
- Keep the paint shop clean, tidy and organised.
- Work to production schedules and deadlines.
- Support colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Carry out general labouring duties across the department.
- Previous experience in a paint shop, powder coating or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Good practical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, flexible and willing to work overtime when required.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong commitment to health & safety and quality standards.
- Able to work effectively within a team.
