Sofina Foods at Annan is seeking an experienced Hygiene Supervisor to drive hygiene standards across production areas. You will follow cleaning instruction cards, supervise operatives, and ensure machines and building fabric meet strict hygiene requirements.
You’ll monitor cleaning tasks, support acid cleaning and scheduled hygiene work, maintain HACCP/GMP compliance, keep records, and collaborate with production, engineering and technical teams to keep the site safe and food-grade.
