3/4 Week Contract Starting 22nd July

We are currently looking for an experienced Back Shift Painting Supervisor to join a project at Shotton Paper Mill on a temporary basis.

This role is covering planned leave and will run for 3/4 weeks from 22nd July.

Responsibilities:
Supervising painting and industrial coating operatives on site
Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
Maintaining high standards of health & safety compliance
Coordinating labour and reporting progress to site management
Managing shift activities and resolving any site issues as they arise

Requirements:
Previous experience supervising painting teams within industrial environments
Strong knowledge of painting/coatings works
Valid CSCS Card (Essential)
SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
Proven ability to lead teams and maintain productivity on shift
Excellent communication and organisational skills
