Production Operative

Overview

MPA Recruitment Omagh are currently working in partnership with their market leading manufacturing client to recruit full time production operatives on their busy production line. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to become an essential part of a highly successful production team. This role involves excellent working hours, 08:30-17:30 Monday to Thursday with an early finish every Friday s is a great opportunity for any candidate who enjoys a hands-on, clean yet fast-paced working environment which is full of opportunity and growth.

There is also the opportunity to work constant overtime with this role paid at time and a half. This role comes with the potential of a permanent full-time post with our client.

This role involves working on a busy production line in a hands-on, clean and fast-paced environment. There is potential for overtime (paid at time and a half) and a pathway to a permanent full-time post with the client.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and health & safety guidelines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Previous production experience required. (minimum 6 months)
• Previous experience on a packing line also desirable.
