Location: City

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Factory Operative to join an established manufacturing business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and can contribute effectively within a production environment. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sanding, rubbing, and masking painted products and components
  • Preparing stencils and jigs for production activities
  • Applying markings and identification details to products
  • Using a variety of hand tools safely and effectively
  • Following quality standards, procedures, and work instructions
  • Maintaining compliance with health and safety requirements
  • Carrying out general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organised workplace
  • Reporting maintenance, safety, or quality concerns where appropriate
  • Assisting with general factory and production tasks as required
  • Completing work to agreed production schedules and targets
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments
