Dispatch Operative – Day Shift £13.06 Per Hour | 4 On 4 Off | 06:00 – 18:00 | Free Travel from Chippenham | Subsidised Travel from Swindon People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Dispatch Operative – Lacock to join our well-established client based in Lacock on a full-time temporary basis. This role would suit candidates with previous experience as a Dispatch Operative, Warehouse Operative, Goods Out Operative or Factory Operative. Shifts As a Dispatch Operative, you will work:
• 4 on 4 off

• On-site gym Day-to-Day Duties As a Dispatch Operative, your duties will include:
• Carrying out manual handling tasks, including loading, unloading and packing products in line with operational targets
• Identifying and reporting any defects, faults or issues with products or machinery
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and housekeeping within the working area
• Following all food safety, biosecurity, health and safety, and site procedures
• Supporting cleaning and preparation activities as required
• Accurately completing operational and quality records where required
• Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily schedules and KPIs Essential Skills To be successful as a Dispatch Operative, you will need:
