Food Manufaturing Operative

The Role We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Operative to support the efficient production of products within a designated area. You will help ensure quality, food safety, and health & safety standards are met while achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities Operate within a production area to meet output and performance targets Follow all Food Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety procedures Complete production checks, records, and paperwork accurately Report machine issues, product defects, or non-conformances promptly Carry out CCP checks where required Operate machinery where applicable (full training provided) Support and guide agency staff within the production area Report near misses, accidents, or incidents when they occur

What We Offer Full training provided 12-hour shift pattern Supportive team and safe working environment Out client runs a consistent 28-day shift pattern days only 7am7pm. Week 1:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2:
Wednesday and Thursday Then it repeats 14 working days every 28 days, giving you a mix of full rest days and extended breaks. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay:
