Sort Line Operative

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Sort Line Operative to join a busy waste and recycling facility in Nantycaws, Carmarthen.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work and wants to contribute to improving recycling and reducing waste. You will play a key role in ensuring recyclable materials are sorted efficiently while maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.

• Identify and separate recyclable, reusable, and non-recyclable materials from a moving conveyor belt
• Remove contamination from the waste stream
• Ensure recyclable materials are sorted accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Follow all site health and safety procedures at all times
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets

• £12.71 per hour
• Monday to Friday working pattern
• 8:00am – 4:00pm shifts
