Catering in West Wales is seeking a Quality Manager (Food Manufacturing) to lead the site's quality and food safety agenda at a busy Welsh food manufacturing site near Newcastle Emlyn. You will be responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System, compliance with customer and legal requirements, and embedding a culture of excellence across the business.
Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will drive continuous improvement, develop people, and oversee audits and supplier controls
