Nter Talent, on behalf of a well-established food manufacturer, seeks a hands-on Production Manager for its Corwen site in North Wales. You will own the production function, lead a 22-strong team, and drive output, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include planning, staffing, scheduling, SAP usage, and cost management while ensuring safe, on-time delivery of finished goods. An opportunity for progression in a busy site environment.
